You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant HostMyImage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content will be retained indefinitely.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostMyImage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
